What is 'The Work College'?

Recognising the world we live in today, not everyone has the same upbringing or future opportunities. There has always been a stereotype that a complete education from age 4-21 makes you the perfect and, in some cases, the only candidate for ‘soft skill’ employment.

Many students complete the A-Level and University experience in today’s society because they are stuck once they come out of full-time education. Not everyone knows what kind of career they want to fall into at sixteen and eighteen

However, with School of Coding’s new department, ‘The Work College’, we encourage and help young people between the ages of 15-24 to gain hard and soft skills through the courses we provide to become employable.

We provide training that equips individuals for the world of work through fully-funded courses available for those not in education, employment, or training (NEET).

This amazing Employment programme is a fully funded service delivered ‘The Work College’ department. Offering a variety of training and learning resources in Telford and Wrekin (Shropshire).
